¶ 1. ANN WALSH BRADLEY, J.

The court of appeals certified Luther Williams, Ill's appeal from the judgment convicting him of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, gambling, and contributing to the delinquency of a child. Williams argues that his right to confrontation was violated when the circuit court admitted into evidence a state crime lab report to prove the presence of cocaine and when the court allowed the crime lab unit leader to testify based on the report in lieu of the analyst who performed the tests.
