Plaintiff Area Landscaping, L.L.C. (“Area”) appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Glaxo-Wellcome, Inc. (“Glaxo”), The Brickman Group, Ltd. (“Brickman”), and Michael Mueller. Area argues that the trial court erred in granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment because several genuine issues of material fact exist. Defendants cross-appeal from an order denying sanctions against plaintiff.
