The Pittsburgh Board of Education (Petitioner) has appealed an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referees award of benefits to Daniel R. Perkins (Claimant). We affirm.
The referee had awarded benefits to Claimant for a totally disabling occupational disease under Section 108(n) of The Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, added by Section 1 of the Act of October 17, 1972, P.
