Stephen Cospelich and the City of Philadelphia (City), his employer, cross appeal from the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the grant of Cospelich’s claim petition seeking payment of medical bills associated with treatment of Cospelich’s hepatitis C.
