In two issues, Michael Lang, individually, on behalf of a class of shareholders, and derivatively on behalf of Capital Resource Investments I, LLC (CRI), Capital Resource Investments II, LLC (CRII), Capital Resource Advisors, LLC (CRA), and Capital Resource Financial, LLC (CRF), contends that William Nicholson waived his special appearance and that the trial court erred in granting Nicholson’s special appearance.
