In-this interlocutory appeal, appellants Global Paragon Dallas, LLC and Han Zel-nik (collectively “Global Paragon”) challenge the trial court’s order granting a special appearance filed by appellee SBM Realty, LLC. Global Paragon contends the trial court erred in granting the special appearance because (1) SBM Realty waived its special appearance, and (2) Global Paragon had pleaded sufficient facts to establish specific jurisdiction over SBM Realty.
