This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in a bill of review proceeding. Appellants Celeste Grynberg and Jack J. Grynberg d/b/a Grynberg Petroleum appeal the denial of their petition for bill of review, which sought to overturn a no-answer default judgment rendered against them and in favor of appellee M-I L.L.C.
