This is an action brought by Anna Stringer against appellants to recover under the workmen’s compensation act for the death of her son, Edward Stringer. The case was tried to the court, who found generally for plaintiff and against defendants, and found, “that on the 25th day of July, 1922, while working in the *717course of his employment in defendants’ 'lead and zinc mine in Cherokee county, Kansas, Edward Stringer, a son of the plaintiff herein, received an injury, by accident, arising out of and in the course of his employment, which…
