Wedell, J.:

This was a workmen’s compensation case. The commissioner made an award in favor of the widow, the sole dependent of the deceased workman, which the district court approved. From the judgment of the district court and the order overruling a motion for a new trial the respondent and insurance carrier appeal.

Appellants contend the trial court admitted incompetent evidence and that the evidence was insufficient, as a matter of law, to sustain the judgment.
