Duckworth, Justice.

The controlling questions presented by the record are (1) whether the words “injury by accident” in the Code, § 114-102, embrace the rupture of a- blood vessel without any external mishap or unexpected occurrence, and (2) whether such' an injury is compensable when the employee has arteriosclerosis or high blood pressure.
