The board’s decision to uphold Sheriff Myers’s protest will be set aside and a writ of mandamus will issue to compel placement of Wolfe’s name on the March 7 primary election ballot for the office of Delaware County Sheriff if the board engaged in fraud, corruption, abuse of discretion, or clear disregard of applicable legal provisions.
