This is an action in ejectment. Judgment went for defendants and plaintiff appeals from an order denying her motion for a new trial.
Defendants make a preliminary objection to any consideration by this court of the statement on motion for a new trial, on the ground that no statement was prepared or served within the time prescribed by law, or as extended by stipulation of counsel or any valid order of court.
