This action arose out of a contract for the sale and purchase of land and personal property on the time payment plan, the title to remain in the vendor until the sale price was fully paid. It involves the rescission of the contract and the compensation to the parties for payments made and damages sustained. On a former appeal to this court (93 Mont. 584, 20 Pac.
