BERREY, Judge.

Appellant appeals the trial court’s order dismissing his cause of action. He alleges the pharmacy was negligent in filling prescriptions for appellant because it did not exercise that degree of care an ordinary reasonable and prudent pharmacy exercises under the same or similar circumstances and failed to provide the appellant with pharmacological services within the applicable standard of care.
