OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

The appeal in this case presents the issue of whether under the facts in the record there is a genuine issue of material fact regarding whether a pharmacist has a duty to warn a customer and/or the customer’s physician of the potential interaction between two different prescription drugs written by the same physician on two different days and which are filled as written hy the same pharmacist on different days.

The trial court held there was no duty, sustained defendants’ Reveo Discount Drug Centers, Inc. and Reveo D.S., Inc.’s 1 motion for summary judgment and dismissed…
