OPINION
JULIA SMITH GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.
Defendant-appellant Kenneth Bridgewater appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for a sentence modification pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). For the following reasons, we affirm the district court’s decision.

The facts of this case are undisputed. As recounted in the Presentence Investigation Report (“PSR”), Bridgewater was indicted on eight counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
