Brakebush Brothers, Inc. and Employers Insurance of Wausau (Brakebush) seek review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals granting worker's compensation temporary disability benefits to Richard Engel (Engel), a former employee of Brakebush. Brakebush Brothers suspended and then terminated Engel during his healing period for making false representations regarding a work-related injury.
