¶ 1. CBS, Inc. and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company (collectively, CBS) seek review of a published decision of the court of appeals.1 The court of appeals affirmed a decision of the circuit court for Waukesha County, Patrick L. Snyder, Judge, upholding the Labor and Industry Review Commission's (LIRC) determination that, based on the particular facts and circumstances, a ski injury of a traveling employee was compensable as an activity incidental to living within the meaning of Wis.
