ITW Deltar and Illinois Tool Works, Inc., appeal a judgment affirming the Labor and Industry Review Commission's decision to award temporary total disability benefits 1 to Karla Mitchell for a period of time between her doctor-recommended surgery, which was delayed because she was pregnant, and the date of surgery.
