MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Pfizer Inc., Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, Warner-Lambert Company, Warner-Lambert Company LLC (collectively “Pfizer”) have moved to stay proceedings in this case pending a Delaware District Court’s decision addressing personal jurisdiction over Apotex Inc. in a related case [43].
