COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
Howard Serlin filed a complaint charging Arthur Andersen & Co., et al., with common-law fraud and violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) of 1967, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois dismissed this complaint as duplica-tive of an action pending before another federal judge in the same district. Serlin appeals the dismissal of his complaint. We affirm.
