GEORGE W. LatimeR, Judge:

A general court-martial in Korea tried the accused under charges specifying failure to obey a lawful order, leaving a sentinel post before being relieved, and assault with a dangerous weapon, in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 92, 113, and 128, 50 USC §§ 686, 707, and 722, respectively. He was found guilty as charged and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for two years.
