This was an action for the recovery of an interest in certain real estate commenced by the defendants in error, plaintiffs below; against the ^plaintiffs in error, defendants below.
The land in controversy was the allotment of Sukey Williams, a member of the Chickasaw Tribe of Indiáns, who, in the year 1905, died intestate in what is now the county of Pontotoc, state of Oklahoma, leaving surviving her-.io father, nor mother, nor issue.
