On September 14, 1934, the circuit court of Macon county entered a decree in a foreclosure proceeding pending in said court wherein Ethel S. Carpenter was complainant and Katie. Cooper, Alph F. Cooper, Esther Cooper, Chester E. Cooper, Gertrude Cooper, Joseph E. Cooper, Kathryn R. Cooper, the Millikin Trust Company, a corporation, W. T. Delahunty & Co., Inc., and Anna Young were defendants.
