OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Craig D. Griffith ("Griffith"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, City of Miamisburg ("appellee"), and denying Griffith's own motion for summary judgment concerning his entitlement to workers' compensation benefits. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment.
