This is a proceeding brought under the provisions of sections 549 and 689 of the Code of Civil Procedure to determine the party entitled to the proceeds arising from the sale of a crop of oranges attached by the sheriff of Riverside County while the fruit was growing on the trees. The judgment under attack was entered on September 10, 1935, so the provisions of section 689 of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended in 1933 (Stats. 1933, chap. 744) are applicable here.
