The Guaranty Liquidating Corporation (hereafter called defendant) brings this appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff. Defendant, the owner of a judgment in excess of $26,000 against the Bartlett Syndicate Building Corporation (hereafter called Bartlett Corporation), levied a writ of execution upon the bank accounts, moneys and credits of the judgment debtor, Bartlett Corporation, which were in the possession of the Farmers & Merchants National Bank of Los Angeles.
