Prior to September 1, 1922, the plaintiff had acted as exclusive selling agent for the defendant and had procured a contract by which the Fisk Rubber Company was to purchase from the defendant a large amount of tire fabric. On this contract with the Fisk Rubber Company 2,000,000 pounds were to be manufactured and shipped during the year 1926, and 2,151,220 pounds during 1927. .
