These actions were brought in the name of the plaintiff by a committee, representing all of the creditors of plaintiff. The plaintiff, a New York corporation, was engaged in the fur dressing business and had a large plant located at Yonkers, N. Y., where it dressed furs and skins belonging to other persons.
