MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff Manuel Robleado, a fifty-five-year-old Hispanic male, is an employee of Defendant Deffenbaugh Industries. Beginning in June of 1999, Plaintiff was passed over for several promotions which he felt he should have received. When he was asked to train one of the employees who received a promotion, Plaintiff complained that Defendant was discriminating against him. He filed a formal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) complaint in January of 2000. Following his complaints, Plaintiff was disciplined several times. Plaintiff…
