Plaintiff, a German-born female who is a naturalized citizen of the United States, asserts discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Specifically, she claims that during the course of her employment with the State of Kansas she has (l)-been subjected to. a hostile work environment; (2) received disparate treatment in the terms and conditions of her employment; and (3) been retaliated against by her supervisor for filing a complaint with the Kansas Human Rights…
