ORDER

TREECE, United States Magistrate Judge.

The Defendants jointly seek a Motion in Limine, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26, and Fed. R. Evid. 402, 702, and 802, to preclude the Plaintiffs expert testimony at trial. Defendants attack Plaintiffs expert and his testimony on several grounds: (1) this expert is not qualified to serve as an expert in this action; (2) Plaintiffs expert’s report and testimony are not sufficiently reliable to be admitted at trial; and (3) the expert and his report will not assist the trier of fact.

Based upon the reasoning below, the Defendants’ Motion is denied. 1
