On April 28, 2014, plaintiff Marc A. Per-gament (“plaintiff’) as chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Norman Thilman (“Debtor”) filed this action against the Debtor, Claudia Tracey (“Tracey”), Theresa Triolo (“Triolo”), Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
