By this action plaintiff seeks to restrain defendant from infringement of plaintiff’s alleged trademark, “Blindcraft,” and from unfair competition. Plaintiff is organized under the laws of the State of California, and has its place of business in the City of San Francisco. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling products, the handiwork of the blind.
