Stewart v. Olson

The plaintiff in this action for damages was injured when he collided with an automobile driven by the defendant on the evening of May 25, 1921. The plaintiff had been attending'a theater, and upon coming out about 9 o’clock found it was raining and crossed the street and proceeded on a run down the street to the right.
