The Debtors, Charles William Medlin and Kelly Black Medlin, filed a voluntary Chapter 7 petition in this court on April 11, 1996. The Plaintiff, Chapter 7 Trustee Mary C. Walker, commenced this adversary proceeding on July 15, 1996, with the filing of a Complaint to Avoid Interest (Complaint).
