Before the Court is a “Motion for Default Judgment on Motion for Stay Violation Sanctions Against Delta Management Associates, Inc.” (the “Default Judgment Motion”), filed by Todd A. Panek (the “Debtor”). The Debtor seeks a monetary award against creditor Delta Management Associates, Inc.
