MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. SCHWARTZ, Chief Judge.

The matter before the court is the amended application of the Debtor, Tinley Plaza Associates, L.P. (“Debtor”), to employ Jack Hassid and his law firm, Olshan, Grundman, Frome & Rosenzweig (collectively “Olshan”), as counsel for the debtor-in-possession. The Debtor additionally requests that Mr. Hassid and his firm be employed nunc pro tunc to November 1, 1991.
