AMENDED OPINION DENYING APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL
SAMUEL L. BUFFORD, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. FACTS
Debtors Chile B. Lee and Hae Sook Lee filed this voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy case on August 23, 1988. They are apparently the sole shareholders of Seoul Corporation, whose Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was filed in this Court on August 16, 1988. Seoul Corporation is engaged in the sale of general merchandise and costume jewelry at wholesale. Chile Lee is the president and Hae Sook Lee is the secretary of Seoul Corporation.
