OPINION
McGLYNN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is the appeal of the debtor, Philadelphia Athletic Club, Inc. (“PAC”) from an order of the Bankruptcy Judge approving the appointment of the law firm of Adelman and Lavine (“A&L”) as counsel for the trustee of the estate of the debtor. Appellant argues that A&L has a conflict of interest and therefore the Bankruptcy Code, as well as the Code of Professional Responsibility (“Canons of Ethics”), prohibit the firm from becoming the attorney for the trustee.
