MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON OBJECTION TO APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY

On March 17, 1993 the debtor in the above captioned case applied to the court to employ the law firm of Merrill, Stone and Parks (“the law firm”) as its attorneys. By order of March 18,1993 the court granted debtor’s application. On March 24, creditors of the debtor, Lignacon Holzoberfla-chen, Anlagen und Lacktechnick Gmbh (“Lignacon”) and Sidex International Furniture Corporation (“Sidex”), 1 filed objection to the order and sought to have the order vacated.
