MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

The case comes before the court on the defendants’ separate motions for summary judgment on plaintiff’s original complaint seeking relief under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and on defendants’ separate motions to dismiss or, in the alternative, summary judgment on plaintiff’s amended complaint asserting claims under Title VII and state common law.
