Nancy Mardell appeals from the grant of summary judgment for defendant Harleys-ville Life Insurance Company (“Harleys-ville”) by the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, 854 F.Supp. 378, in an employment discrimination suit alleging age and gender discrimination.
