Todd, Justice.
Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment of the trial court that they are not entitled to receive a real estate commission for pro- during a buyer for defendants’ farm. Plaintiffs had an exclusive listing agreement which defendants terminated prior to its expiration date. We reverse and remand.
