OPINION

HARVEY A HOLTAN, * Judge.

Appellant contends the district court erred when it granted summary judgment for respondents on appellant’s tort and contract claims arising out of a brokerage contract for the sale of a holding company. We .affirm.

FACTS

Respondents John Cobb and Raymond and Jane Herzog are the major stockholders (87%) of a holding company named Financial Services of St. Croix Falls, Inc., which owns the First National Bank of St. Croix Falls (the bank).
