BACKGROUND
This matter is before the Court on remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for further proceedings in accordance with that court’s decision in Remington Rand Corp.-Delaware v. Business Systems Inc., 830 F.2d 1260 (3d Cir.1987). In its decision, the Third Circuit affirmed this Court’s holding that Business Systems Inc., B.V. (“BSI, B.V.”), a Dutch corporation, and BSI Office Equipment, Inc.
