MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, Senior District Judge.
In this action, plaintiff Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc. (“Olde Monmouth”) alleges that defendants Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”) and Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) violated federal and state antitrust laws by unreasonably excluding Olde Monmouth from DTC’s Fast Automated Securities Transfer (“FAST”) Program.
