OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, City of Columbus ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court denying appellant's motion for summary judgment.1
{¶ 2} This matter arises out of an automobile accident that occurred on July 1, 2006. Plaintiff-appellee, Mykol Walters ("appellee"), did not stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of Morris Avenue and East 6th Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
