This is a product liability case under Ohio law, and this Court has original subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity. Shirley Monroe, substituted plaintiff Joseph Kaufman, and William Monroe, Jr. (“Plaintiffs”) allege inadequate warning, nonconformance with manufacturer’s representation, design defect, and loss of consortium claims against Novartis Pharmaceutical Corporation (“Defendant”).
