MEMORANDUM OPINION
HONORABLE SARA LIOI, ÚNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
In this pharmaceutical products liability action, plaintiff Eleanor Fulgenzi (“plaintiff’ or “Fulgenzi”) alleges that she developed the severe neurological movement disorder tardive dyskinesia (“TD”) after ingesting metoclopramide. The remaining defendant, PLIVA, Inc. (“defendant” or “PLIVA”), a manufacturer of a generic version of metoclopramide (which is known by the name brand of Reglan), moves for summary judgment on the sole surviving cause of action, a failure-to-warn claim brought under Ohio statutory law.
